Challenge

Orb, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company specializing in enterprise compliance, had a strong product but struggled to scale demand generation effectively. Despite investing in paid channels like LinkedIn and Google, they were seeing diminishing returns. Cost-per-lead (CPL) was climbing, while form completion rates remained stagnant.

Their internal team was stretched thin and lacked the specialized bandwidth to optimize paid media, develop fresh creative, or run consistent landing page tests. Most of their ads followed a one-size-fits-all approach, and their landing pages weren’t aligned with user intent or funnel stage.

The team knew they needed more than just media buying help — they needed a hands-on growth partner who could plug into their systems, think strategically, and execute across Paid Media, CRO, and Creative. 1. Strategic Alignment & Collaboration

From day one, we synced closely with Orb’s marketing and leadership teams to deeply understand their audience, product positioning, and internal KPIs. We established shared goals around lead quality, CPL reduction, and conversion rate improvements — and aligned on weekly sprints and daily Slack check-ins to maintain tight feedback loops.

2. Paid Media Overhaul

We rebuilt Orb’s entire paid media strategy from the ground up. This included:

  • Restructuring LinkedIn and Google Ads accounts for better budget control and segmentation
  • Launching new campaign structures targeting ICP segments by funnel stage
  • Running rapid-fire A/B creative tests based on actual sales insights

3. Creative & Landing Page Development

Orb’s existing landing pages were too generic and not optimized for high-intent visitors. We designed and launched CRO-focused landing pages tailored to different personas and offers. Each page was tested with performance-driven copy, creative variants, and dynamic content tailored by source.

4. Full-Funnel Optimization & Tracking

We implemented robust performance tracking, from ad click to CRM sync, enabling granular analysis of what was working and what wasn’t. Through regular performance reviews, we iterated quickly on winning creatives and paused underperformers.
